Show your support for those suffering a rare disease as well as the non-profit organizations that support rare disease research by purchasing a Rare Disease Day T-Shirt and owning a piece of history.

100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Cannalogix Foundation Research Institute – Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Research and Development Study (EDS-RDS).  In simple terms – that means that no less than $20.00 from the sale of each shirt will be donated to the Cannalogix Ehlers-Danlos Study.

What’s that mean specifically?

Great Question! The t-shirt is specified to be screened full-color photo-quality by a professional manufacturer capable of scale (in-case we sell thousands) and the costs are upwards of $25 each by the time they are manufactured, shipped to the foundation, sorted, and shipped to your door. JBCGSI is only providing graphic design, sourcing and on-line e-commerce hosting of the shirts on behalf of the foundation.

In honor of rare-disease research, JBCGSI will donate their typical commissions to the EDS RDS study. That means in this situation, JBCGSI only retains a total of 5% above the cost of the credit card processing and sales fees, the remaining proceeds (no less than $20.00 per shirt) are provided directly to the 501(c)3 Public Charity.

Here’s what’s awesome: The more shirts we sell, the more the research program gets! If we sell thousands and our price per shirt drops to just a few bucks then the additional proceeds are forwarded to the foundation. That means that if we sell 10,000 shirts then Cannalogix will get $300,000 so let’s get busy selling some shirts!  JBCGSI – Just Because Charity Giving Seriously Invigorates.

About the shirt

Quality: The shirt is made of premium 5 oz heavy cotton and made to last. Wash them inside out and start a collection as each year a new one will be presented. Available in Black, White, and Purple with full color screen-printing so please care for them by turning them inside out – wash them in cold water and dry on warm to preserve the image quality. High quality T-Shirt will be the first of a collectors line of shirts and high heat will degrade the image quality over time.

First Release: This shirt was inspired by the brothers and sisters facing rare diseases such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome as they are commonly referred to as Zebras. If you ask someone with EDS, they will tell you they live in their own prison – to outsiders they appear to be beds, to the person with the disease they are prisons.

This shirt shows the Zebra’s mugshot, as time progresses the Zebra will release shirts showing its progress working its way back to the wild.
